SOLVED So the real tone cable worked on the girlfriends laptop using Windows 10, drivers immediately installed, no problems. I get the dreaded code 10 error that, based on internet research, a lot of people also seem to get. Ive tried multiple USB ports - the cable is brand new and just recently ordered online via Ubisoft on Amazon.
